After attending the University of Texas at Austin, Adam moved to Dallas and started his real estate career with Bradford Companies. During his two-year employment with Bradford, he worked the Stemmons Industrial Corridor, taking on both institutional leasing assignments and representing industrial tenants.

Corbin Blount, a Principal, joined the DFW Lee & Associates industrial team in 2014. Corbin focuses on tenant representation, project leasing, owner/user sales, and investment properties with a local focus in the Valwood Industrial Submarket, along the Stemmons Corridor, in Carrollton & Farmers Branch. Corbin has represented Tenants in many major markets across North America, as well as, both private and institutional Landlords across DFW.
Stephen Williamson, a Principal with the Lee & Associates DFW industrial team, specializes in institutional project leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. Stephen mainly focuses on South Stemmons Corridor and represents a wide variety of tenants and institutional owners throughout the corridor.
In 2016, after achieving his graduate degree in commercial real estate finance, Stephen began working with Lee & Associates and often utilizes his finance background in underwriting projects and computing financial analysis scenarios for his clients.
He serves as the single point of contact for his clients and provides them with a comparative advantage with his deep market knowledge of the South Stemmons submarket.

Matthew works with private landlords and occupants, in addition to large institutional owners.
Matthew began his real estate career in 2018 as an intern at NAI Robert Lynn in Dallas, focusing on industrial, retail, and office brokerage in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and received his degree in Advertising with a minor in Business. Matthew draws on his advertising experience to better market the properties he represents and cultivates creative solutions to help clients find the most functional, cost-effective spaces. With his out-of-the-box thinking and dedicated work ethic, Matthew provides a high level of customer service, creativity, and value to all his clients.
Chris Beggins, a Director with Lee & Associates DFW, specializes in office landlord and tenant representation and land brokerage services. Chris provides a fresh perspective on the commercial real estate market due to his knowledge of various markets throughout Texas. Starting out in the runner program at Lee & Associates – Houston, he trained alongside the Managing Principal and the Landlord Agency Team. He gained an in-depth knowledge of different property types, the ins and outs of the office market, client services skills, and the financial aspect of commercial real estate.
