Stephen Williamson leased 30,797 SF for Horizon Tile

Stephen Williamson leased 30,797 SF at 1460 Prudential to Horizon Tile for a 10 year lease term. Lee & Associates was able to negotiate a direct deal in the transaction and the space will become Horizon Tile’s new headquarters. Horizon Tile has offices in Dallas, Austin and Houston.
