Old House Capitals makes first Dallas Industrial Acquisition

Stephen Williamson represented Old House Capital make their first Dallas Industrial acquisition.  Old House Capital purchased the 111,225 SF industrial building at Halifax and Mockingbird Lane, right in the center of the Brookhollow Industrial Submarket.  The new owner will begin to update the multi-tenant asset over the next few months, painting the exterior and installing new awnings transforming it into watch you might see closer to the Design District area.
